Synetic Inc. is a North American data-storage manufacturer and distributor specializing in high-performance, cost-effective, and reliable data storage products. Our mission is to bring a new approach to data storage management and provide valuable solutions to our clients worldwide.
Vision and Mandate
In 1998, Synetic’s engineers envisioned the future of data storage technology. They believed that businesses of any size would soon adopt disk-based technology for backup and data redundancy, provided it could be made reliable, cost-effective and accessible. The result would be massive growth of data-storage technology and its applications to respond the market’s demands.
Since then, Synetic has brought to market a whole range of data-storage solutions, specializing in RAID technologies. Many of these products have been sold under OEM arrangements; more recently Synetic has begun to launch its products under its own brand.
Today, Synetic works with over twenty manufacturers worldwide in exclusive arrangements. Synetic frequently designs and develops products in-house and abroad. On other occasions, the manufacturer will introduce new products. In each case, Synetic subjects its products to rigorous testing and development before releasing them to the market

Synetic pays particular attention to the areas where it is a world leader: Firmware and Build Quality. Synetic optimizes the firmware for all of its products, resulting in superior operating performance. In addition, Synetic products are built to an extremely high quality of manufacture. Synetic’s RMA is less than 1%, a statistic which the company is extremely proud of. The finishing touch is the product price. Synetic believes its hardware should be easy to use and within financial reach of small and medium-sized organizations (SMBs) providing a true TCO (Total Costs of Ownership) for their clients.
Solutions and Support
Given the nature of data storage products, an element of consultancy has always been part of the Synetic approach. Synetic will not recommend a solution to a client without fully assessing the client’s needs. It’s the only way to match a product to the client and ensure an appropriate and lasting data management solution.
